Chesapeake EnergyTeam Leader/ Terminal Manager
May. 2012 - Nov. 2014Canton, Ohio AreaI am currently a member of an elite Crude and Water Transportation Leadership Team. We have built, developed and helped grow the Utica Terminal from a grass field to over 85 drivers, 12 dispatchers, 3 administrative staff and three Fleet Maintenance personnel. We have successfully grown our business to be the number one carrier by barrel volume utilized by Chesapeake Energy in less than 18 months. We have bridged and nurtured any preexisting strained relationships and developed a positive working relationship with both our customers and third party vendors.
We have developed a Dispatch Call Center that dispatches to our fleet of Crude, Produced Water, Fresh Water, flatbed, and Winch Trucks. We have also developed a pilot dispatching Call Center model that would provide a dispatching service to Chesapeake Energy. We provide a dispatch service to our competitors based on the guidelines set by Chesapeake. We take inbound orders from the Rigs and dispatch to the appropriate respected vendors.
We have promoted and developed a Positive Peer Workplace Environment. Our jobs as leaders are to lead, motivate, and teach and inspire our men.
