Ingredients platform/sub-division represents roughly half of Nourish, has 4 Business Units: Protein Solutions, Emulsifiers and Sweeteners, Core Texturants and Cellulosics & Food Protection, on a 5 Regions matrix aligned with Nourish: North America, Europe, Greater Asia, Latin America and AMETI.
