- Product Enhancements: Led the strategy and roadmap for print growth, focusing on key product areas that could increase conversions, funnel entries, and cross-collaboration with Teams and Enterprise. - Market Expansion: Monitored and identified print trends globally, constructing and executing strategies to target new market opportunities. - Funnel Conversions: Scoped and launched A/B tests and agile experiments to optimise user engagement and significantly increase print conversions. - Print Awareness: Identified opportunities to boost print awareness and collaborated with Homepage, Marketing, and Templates teams to test in-product improvements, driving top-of-funnel traffic. - MRR and MAUs: Leveraged trends in Print monthly active users (MAUs) to implement in-app upsell opportunities, driving subscription sign-ups by capitalising on insights about user behaviours. - Defined and executed vision, strategy, goals, roadmaps and go-to-market plans for Canva Print to grow revenue, user acquisition, and retention. - Led a diverse, inclusive and proactive team with a focus on people-first leadership to support growth, wellbeing, celebration and recognition
