• Maintained responsibility for CEO’s inbox, responding on their behalf to answer inquiries and meeting requests, flagging time-sensitive correspondence, and eliminating all spam emails.
• Process and handle large volumes of sensitive information, exhibiting utmost confidentiality and complying with all privacy and information security guidelines. • Compile meeting and attendee briefs and reports to allow the Executive Director to prepare for appointments with stakeholders and community partners.
• Direct and manage expense reporting, verifying adherence to corporate spending budgets and regulatory reporting guidelines.
• Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding organization climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
• Organize all aspects of business meetings and special event details such as venue, lodging, expenses, décor, entertainment, and food and beverage services. • Serve as the key point of contact for the Board of Directors. Organize quarterly board meeting materials, assemble and distribute the Board packet and corresponding communication pre-and post-meetings, and record attendance and meeting minutes.
• Act as CEO’s timekeeper, orchestrating their daily schedule and coordinating local and national travel.
