As a member of Restoration Hardware's leadership team, I supervised a team of 10 dynamic arts professionals on the launch of RH's first brick-and-mortar art gallery and the internal marketing campaign to onboard art specialists across RH's national stores. Very proud to have been #2 at CultureConnect where I was instrumental in scaling the company from a startup to a successful acquisition. My role involved creating sales and marketing infrastructure and developing a customer experience strategy. Leveraging technology, I scaled sales outreach, launched impactful content marketing initiatives, and enhanced customer training, culminating in a remarkable 2000% increase in our customer base.
