Heavily support the performance management process by providing guidance to managers on goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
Assist in compensation and benefits administration, including job analysis, salary benchmarking, benefits enrollment, and addressing employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Identify training needs, develop and deliver training programs, and support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, DE&I, and foster a positive organizational culture including managing investigations for Ethics and Compliance cases.
Compile and analyze HR data, generate reports, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Requested by manager to oversee the unemployment request process including managing unemployment hearings.
