Jan. 2025Košice, Kosice, SlovakiaAs a Group People Reporting & Analytics Specialist at Holcim, I support global HR data governance and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment across the organization. I serve as the central point of contact for HR reporting matters, collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Sustainability, and IT to deliver timely and reliable insights. Project Management – CCEO Dashboard (People, Purpose & Performance KPIs):
In addition to my core role, I manage the development and implementation of the Country CEO Dashboard, a strategic initiative that tracks performance across 10 key KPIs such as CO₂ reduction, innovation, engagement, female leadership ratio, recurring EBIT, and more. I lead project planning, stakeholder coordination, and data integration to ensure successful delivery and alignment with Holcim’s sustainability and business strategy. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute monthly global HR reporting activities with precision and adherence to timelines.
• Act as the global single point of contact for all HR reporting-related topics.
• Partner with country HR teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to provide HR data for financial reporting, ESG ratings, and Holcim’s Annual Report.
• Enhance and simplify the global HR reporting offer by refining definitions, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Work closely with HRIS and IT to configure and optimize global dashboards and SuccessFactors reporting.
• Maintain reporting documentation, including the HR data dictionary, data cleansing procedures, and training materials.
• Proactively recommend improvements to strengthen data accuracy and harmonization.
• Support HR Innovation & Transformation with various reporting-related projects and ad hoc data initiatives.
