Dec. 2021• Serve as the primary liaison between CompuSystems, Inc. and the client.
• Prepare show schedule requirements, gather and analyze documentation and communication from clients • Manage both the client and our internal show team
• Create and manage a template-driven show delivery schedule/plan outlining the various milestones required for the pre-show, onsite, and post-show event registration process • Conduct meetings with CompuSystems' clients to gather and document requirements, and explore potential solutions in accordance with CompuSystems
• Lead requirement analysis with internal technical staff, and proposing registration solutions to the client
• Assisting in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities
• Manage the internal show team to meet all internal deadlines, ensuring quality solutions are meeting client expectations
• Provide exceptional and dedicated service and support to meet and exceed client expectations
