Nov. 2016 - Mar. 2023Compton, CAAs the email marketing manager for 4 Wheel Parts, I owned a lifecycle marketing channel and drove customer retention and revenue growth via email, SMS, and referrals. I partnered with creative, marketing, product, and customer experience teams to create best-in-class communications across four websites and 117 physical locations in the U.S. and Canada. In addition to email, I was responsible for our promo activation, the onsite customer journey, creating landing pages, optimizing our web properties, and developing SEO copy for our digital catalog. I worked closely with my leadership team to identify and launch partnership opportunities with Ford, Polaris, Fox Racing Shox, Indian Motorcycles, Dixxon Flannel, Smittybilt, and additional race-related events. I worked closely with our design team and developers to build landing pages, optimize our websites, improve customer acquisition, and decrease bounce rates. During my time at 4 Wheel Parts, I: •Organically grew the email list from 800k records to 3 million records
•Implemented predictive analytics to help increase revenue and reduce coupon dependency •Launched our SMS program, which drove 60% of total email revenue in less than one year
