• Accountable for brine and bitterns management to support optimal salt growth and product quality outcomes.
• Govern salt growth, stockpile quality management and shipping quality conformance, ensuring customer specifications and contractual requirements are consistently met.
• Oversee analytical laboratory operations, including sample preparation, analysis, data integrity and reporting to support operational and customer decision‑making.
• Provide quality assurance across harvesting, wash plant, stockpiling and shipping interfaces, managing risks associated with product variability and contamination.
• Partner with operations, maintenance and planning teams to integrate quality requirements into daily execution and longer‑term operational strategies.
• Former owner of the civil asset strategy, providing oversight of asset condition, risk prioritisation and lifecycle planning.
• Current Aviation Risk Owner, accountable for identifying, assessing and managing aviation‑related operational risks.
• Site representative for Tailings and Water Storage Facility risk, ensuring appropriate governance, monitoring and risk controls are in place.
• Contribute to site‑wide risk management frameworks, ensuring material risks are understood, controlled and aligned with organisational standards.
