Solely responsible for maintaining all data in Extended Account Analysis for entire bank. Provide overall support of the account analysis system/application.
Involved in data migration from legacy platform to new Fidelity XAA platform at HomeStreet Bank.
Involved in mapping data and assisted in moving data over or adding new data points for accounts.
Involved in purchase of bank in San Diego, in charge of moving all XAA accounts inclusive of their data over to the HomeStreet platform.
Provided subject matter expertise to business units to aid in their understanding of the account analysis system.
In charge of implementing solutions provided by management and vendors for addressing problems or enhancements.
Provide escalation support and ownership for researching and remediating production issues.
Responsible for leading product management activities with other internal business partners to ensure synergy and efficiency.
Proactively support application upgrades and releases.
In partnership with Product Managers, lead small to moderate scale initiatives in support of product, system and application enhancements.
Develop and foster strong and continuing relationships with business partners.
