• Responsible for client and system support and upgrade of MARTA's critical systems, specifically: AFC, SharePoint, Martanet, itsmarta.com, C-CURE, HEAT, ATC/Automated Train Control, Web Timesheet, POS Partner, Primavera, TrialWorks, SPSS, Curator, PAMET and Trapeze. • Responsible for ensuring the quality of installation, configuration, daily maintenance and support of all systems are up-to-date • Monitor and maintain support agreements with appropriate vendors making sure they are properly configured for most efficient use, and take advantage of all available functionality. • Provide management for MARTA-wide Technology projects that include projects management, budget oversight, financial and resources planning, and technology acquisition. • Determine project needs and requirements; develop procedures and guides all technology activities to meet project deadlines. • Mentor staff members for upward mobility within the organization.
