responsible for unit key financial and delivery metrics. Contributed to the organization process
maturity bringing in enterprise best practices for number of internal company policies,
procedures and tools. Managed and executed ISO 27001 certification for the clients and
company. Hands-on achievement example is crisis management for German based enterprise account in
Real Estate domain. Establish best practices from scratch covering major areas – Agile,
Architecture, Engineering Practices, DevOps and Security. Production release was at risk due to
number of critical architectural and procedural issues that has been identified, assessed and
recovery roadmap kicked off and was executed during upcoming year successfully. I’ve been
able to establish trust with client and engineering teams in a matter of weeks. Addressed major
concerns from both parties and laid out the path for constant visible and measurable
improvements. Product successfully released and handed over on support phase.

- SiSense I’ve joined Ciklum in a very challenging period where this unit hit the ceiling of attrition score. Leveraging great experience in the crisis management I’ve been able to return it back on track within 3 months, however my initial optimistic ETA was twice longer. Biggest challenge that period was to save the service delivery, discarding the development burning deadline, however I’ve been able to tackle both with engineering project cabin crew change during the fly for one of the projects, with slight delays, even development deliveries were accomplished. With the COVID hit, whole unit were able to smoothly transfer to the WFH setup and keep Ciklum running without a single P1 incident. We’ve been able to do so with good team composition and talented individuals hired back in 2019. Team that currently exist in Ciklum responsible for Enterprise Applications is rock solid bullet able to hit any dramatic and aggressive goal. Team of professionals I will definitely miss the most.
