With over 20 years of cross-industry expertise, I specialize in driving engagement, operational efficiency, and transformative change. In commercial real estate, I led initiatives that improved employee engagement and streamlined operations through strategic oversight and collaboration. My global leadership experience spans risk mitigation, business continuity, procurement, and corporate culture development. I’ve also led national teams in the tech health sector, overseeing facilities operations, construction projects, and Employee Health & Safety programs. My leadership philosophy is rooted in meaningful connections, empowering others, and fostering open, inclusive dialogues. At PlayInnové, I use creative play strategies to solve complex challenges and inspire innovation. I’m also deeply committed to women’s equity and economic empowerment, co-creating and leading a mentorship program as part of the nonprofit board for 50/50 Leadership. I hold a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from City University, Seattle. Certified in Ergonomics (AOEAS), Corporate Responsibility (SEER), and Facility Management (FMP), I’m also a trained LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, bringing a unique approach to team building, project management and problem-solving.
