-Event planning: Industry education, public speaking (up to 150 ppl) , social events, community engagement
-Sales & marketing: Sales presentations (up t0 150 attendees), marketing planning & execution, negotiation & conflict management. Responsible for complete sales cycle including self-sourcing business and nurturing existing business and accepting referrals from relationships forged and including C level clientele. Sales cycle can be as short as 15 days and as long as 5 years. Established history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas up to 550%.
-Legal agreements & contracts: Review and analysis of legal documents. Advising on best practices and industry law within authority. Ensuring accurate contracts prepared by my team.
-Risk Management: Contingency planning, time management, risk analysis on a per transaction (project) basis
-Compliance & Regulatory: Strict adherence to industry laws and guidelines. Ensuring strict security with private data.
-Financial Analysis: Reviewing financial documents according to relevant models. Preparing estimated and final proposals for clients to review. Working with multiple stakeholders to ensure costs are approved before proceeding with execution of project.
