With those being consistently measured, you can understand what is happening in your business and from that make informed decisions about how to move forward. This is where I can help. I have created KPIs for businesses ranging from Busak+Shamban (now Trelleborg) to Boeing as part of my job duties. My background includes supporting Senior Managers in production, quality and safety.
