Jan. 2014 - Sep. 2015• Coordinate all recruiting activities including career fairs, university visits, interviews, etc. • Responsible for filling all assigned requisitions • Act as first point of contact and conducts interviews of potential recruits for engineering positions
• Perform mid-month and yearly conciliation of recharge reports
• Establish full cycle recruitment of Non-Exempt & Exempt Direct Labor positions, both temporary to hire and permanent hires.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (facilitates, IT, and HR) to ensure that onboarding logistics are satisfied prior to start.
• Help bring multiple offices into alignment and compliance with Process Recruiting model, including workflow, paperwork, approvals, etc.
• Support candidates through the interview process and keep them informed throughout
• Screen, evaluates and conducts reference checks on candidates, maintains requisitions and advertising databases. • Assist new hires with completing onboarding paperwork (application, drug and background consent, etc.), ensuring that all information is complete and accurate
• Coordinate background checks for candidates with HR, recruiters, and hiring managers, providing follow-up to obtain results and notification of all-clear status
• Coordinate hiring process of new recruits and new hire orientation (including but not limited to relocation, effective start date, security clearances, and visa coordination). • Support the staffing of new businesses and cross-segment initiatives. • Maintain new employee files and HR records, such as I-9, employee data sheets, passports, visas, payroll documents, etc.) • Update and maintains applicant tracking system (iRecruit) and recruiting files to support future activity. • Organize the logistics for all assessment sessions. • Comply with all applicable Schlumberger standards and policies. • Assist with the coaching and development of new team members. • Identify and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
