• Senior-level mobile strategy development, including selling solutions, partner and product management (vision, strategy, roadmap creation and execution, and identifying and vetting partner ecosystem for agency mobile services): MasterCard, AT&T, T-Mobile, Motorola, Microsoft, Cisco, Waste Management, Xerox.
• Independent strategic contributor with cross-lateral team implementation and management of ~15 people.
• Increased mobile services to over eight sub-segments (mobile application development, mobile marketing, etc.).
• Grew digital revenue to over $1.55MM; increased overall revenue by 11%, across four offices. • Built a knowledge base of the global mobile marketing marketplace trends and regularly communicated state-of-the-union updates to entire company, and ultimately our client base.
• Defined and developed the comprehensive roadmap for mobile development, mobile services and partner ecosystem, mobile advertising, and mobile application and web properties.
• Responsible for identifying, vetting, partnering and maintaining relationships with mobile-centric vendors, services providers and other members of the mobile ecosystem in an effort to grow agency mobile properties, audiences, and opportunities (three partners total).
• Published quarterly POVs, white papers, workshops, and web articles. Attended and networked at mobile-specific trade shows, events, seminars and the like.
• Worked collaboratively with response teams to ensure brilliant ideas were being identified and presented to our clients—became the agency “face of mobile.”
