Import and Export (quotation from shippers, follow up with airlines, preparing paperwork, coordinating with clients to send their merchandise…)
Whole Sale (offers, invoicing, packing, shipping…)
Follow up with the lawyer (BOD, General Assembly, renewing work permit and residence permits of the GM….)
Assistant to the accountant in sending the daily sales to the bank, preparing checks, payrolls, invoicing and following up outstanding payments with the clients or in any other way possible
Putting time table for the exhibitions (deadline to ship the merchandise, coordinating with the shipping agency for the packing, charges/kg, paperwork….)
Handling incoming & outgoing local and international correspondence.
Stock manager (receiving, labeling, inventory, consignment…)
Human Resources (attendance, paid leaves, sick leaves, evaluation, payroll…)
Providing assistance in the direct sales at the Gallery whenever needed Providing direct translation between the suppliers and the Owner/GM from Arabic into English or French
Doing researches on the net, plus handling all the Company’s e-mails.
Assuming different tasks (filing – typing – answering the phone – travel coordination)
