Interrogates relevant reporting in order to produce accurate annual budgets, as well as required regional re-forecasting. Performs monthly variance analysis [actual vs budget], with applicable supporting commentary on performance of the region/s. Furnishes Management with accurate ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required. Manages regional cash-flow, supporting efforts to optimise the same via precise and timely weekly forecasting of regional cash-flows by relevant currency. Works to maximise debtor’s collections, reducing regional debtor’s days to 35 and under, and overdue debt to less than 10% of total debt. Administers the accounts payable and payroll processing functions, additionally responding to requests to transfer cash between entities and regions. Liaises with the Group Financial Controller on the preparation of bi-annual and annual statutory accounts. Secures the timely and exact submission of required tax payments across all countries within the appointed region/s, achieving zero penalties or loss of company reputation.
