Apr. 2014 - Mar. 2016Greater New York City AreaAs a member of the Department of Residential Life, I co-managed Nagler Hall, the only all-female residence hall for the College housing approximately 300 residents for two years, monitoring floor meeting attendance and coordinating semester health & safety room inspections. Co-supervised, trained, and advised 15 student/campus leaders (nine resident assistants (RAs) and eight Senior Resident Assistants (SRAs)) serving as their direct programming advisor, providing on-going mentorship, support, and feedback. Co-created the new residential co-curricular programming model, "Living, Learning, and Leaving a Legacy" with Paige Khoury and Angela Brown (May 2015) which was implemented during the 2015-2016 academic year. Served on an on-call duty rotation for some evenings, weekends and holidays with 10 other residential life professional staff managers for an on-campus resident population of 2300 students across 4 residence halls for emergency and crisis response situations
