Feb. 2013 - Aug. 2013Key achievements: Improved Department KPIs by an average of 25% in three months Lowered the attrition rate of the company by around 10% after three months Developed new Digital Marketing Products in two months Assisted Business Development Officers in closing two key accounts equivalent to 5% of total revenue Responsibilities: Lead & manage the following departments: On Page, Off Page, Content, Local, and Social Media Foster a focus on excellence across the departments Work closely with SEO quality manager to have a robust technical strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business and commercial expectations of resellers Work closely with the Sales and Account Director as required when devising and managing advanced strategies for high value clients Standardize, implement, and maintain KPIs for the following departments: On Page, Off Page, Content, Local, and Social Media Ensure that the CEO and COO are kept informed of staff matters and regularly updated on staff performance and development Efficiently manage available resources and to carry out frequent cost/benefit analysis with regard to resource allocation Contribute regularly to discussions regarding internal process and system improvements in order to ensure maximum efficiency across the company Define, develop, document, test, measure & implement SEO strategies Initiate and carry out objective testing of tools, resources and techniques to improve current SEO packages Analyze cost of proposed techniques & tools Work closely with department heads in formulating appropriate training design & materials Develop, and help staff develop, a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each client Support continuous development of innovative internal processes and structures, share knowledge and expertise. Assist escalations in Key Reseller Accounts & Operations related problems
