Primary Work Responsibilities at GFC
- First-line support for over 70 Restaurants & over 50 users’ office team, on average answering 20 IT calls a day.
- Creating and maintaining Microsoft Exchange, MS for users & Telephone extension.
- Installing & configure PC, POS System, & network cabling for new restaurants.
- Troubleshooting & Supporting NCR Products (software & hardware).
- Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company.
- Managing and monitoring of backups in multiple locations.
- Creating & Managing agents accounts & delivery stores.
- Managing employee registration in the POS.
- Purchasing of IT Equipment and software in line within agreed budgets.
- Communicating with third party technical specialists.
- Investigating and implementing ways of reducing calls to the Helpdesk.
- Develop and design the IT forms include (Equipment Health Check, Equipment Inventory, Etc.)
- Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies.
