• Record case notes and services in databases (CSP and Caseworthy) and maintain current records using Sharepoint.
• Write story driven narrative reports on client success to share with Hopelink’s CEO and board monthly and quarterly. • Create and lead workshops and presentations tailored to support Employment Program clients. • Engage in outreach with local communities at events like job fairs, resource fairs, and King County Library Services Employment Help Desks. • Develop relationships with local employers and nonprofits to provide comprehensive care and meaningful connections for clients.
