Most institutions lose alignment long before they lose people—but by the time it shows up in culture surveys, it’s already too late. When systems drift from values, organizations don’t implode, they quietly fracture. My work is preventing that before it becomes irreversible. I’m brought in when the mission has lost traction, when ethics and operations aren’t aligned, or when leaders need to turn principles into systems that hold under pressure. Over the past 15 years, I’ve led mission execution, spiritual governance, and cultural restoration across trauma centers, academic institutions, and values-driven organizations. I’ve redesigned end-of-life protocols, embedded DEIB into high-stakes care environments, and rebuilt trust infrastructure across systems under stress. Here’s what sets me apart: I see ethical erosion before it becomes HR fallout. I recognize disengagement before it becomes resignation. And I help institutions reclaim alignment not through statements—but through structure, training, and policy that real people can live out. Right now, I serve as the functional Director of Spiritual Care at a Level 3 trauma center—licensed for 91 beds, serving both general and specialty care (Oncology and Orthopedics). My role spans DEIB integration, interdisciplinary coaching, mission-critical protocol reform, and values-based policy development. Whether I’m coaching clinicians through moral ambiguity, guiding students through spiritual identity work, or aligning executive vision with frontline experience, I turn complexity into clarity, and values into systems that stand up under pressure.
