Recognizing the importance of secure and efficient client interactions, I developed and managed a SharePoint Extranet, providing a secure platform for external client interactions, thereby fostering enhanced collaboration and communication. Additionally, I crafted detailed technical guides specifically geared towards Azure and AWS infrastructure deployments, catering to the specific needs and requirements of the engineering audience, thereby ensuring clarity and effectiveness in guiding deployment processes. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Enhanced information architecture by overseeing migration and transformation of technical content to updated Confluence site format.
• Provided technical support for SharePoint 365 and Confluence Cloud, contributing to seamless daily operations for company personnel.
