Jul. 2020 - Nov. 2024Region 9, Upper Takutu-Upper Essequibo, GuyanaSpearheaded multi-stakeholder development initiatives in remote and underserved areas of Guyana, focusing on education infrastructure, innovation hubs, health logistics, and community engagement. - Established and maintained strategic partnerships with local government, public institutions, and community leaders to align regional development projects with local needs and regulatory frameworks. - Coordinated a public-private partnership resulting in the design and delivery of a fully equipped Technology Laboratory (16 computers) for the region’s only public high school (serving over 1,200 students), in collaboration with nonprofit and private sector stakeholders. - Oversaw planning and early construction of a Regional Community Hub focused on vocational training, digital inclusion, and sustainable development initiatives. - Led the design and execution of over 5 short-term impact projects with more than 60 volunteers annually, managing logistics, budgets, stakeholder alignment, and local compliance across health, construction, and social outreach domains. - Managed end-to-end project operations including budgeting, vendor negotiations, procurement, international logistics, and regulatory documentation — particularly for health and medical outreach programs. - Collaborated with public entities (Health Secretariat, Hospital Board, Governor’s Office, Consulate, Indigenous Councils) and international partners (e.g., ADRA, Paulo Feitosa Foundation) to secure support, funding, and legitimacy. - Built marketing and public awareness strategies to promote outreach initiatives, mobilize donors, and strengthen the regional reputation of Espaço Alpha.
