- Negotiated contracts, wrote curriculum, co-ordinated and assisted in the delivery of national training program to Defence Transition Aides and Defence Transition Mentors 2 years running. - Designed, piloted and published Expressions – a range of emotion cards to assist in the development of Emotional Intelligence and enhanced social functioning.
- Developed training team of 11 Psychologists and Social workers to deliver training in resilience programs on a national basis.
- Redeveloped OptIn to Peer Activity Leadership Program and rolled out training in 35 locations across Australia.
- Achieved all outcomes within budget parametres.
- Presented product to clinical teams in Utah and Colarado USA

- Ensure referral and assessment processes exceed agreed standards and reflect a continuous improvement model.
Achievements;
- Ensured the processing of more than 6000 psychology and speech pathology assessments, including referral, testing, reporting, quality control and supply of subsequent material to client schools and parents.
- Complied with all reporting requirements
- Maintained budgets
- Recruited assessment staff and developed a cohesive team of allied professionals through support, effective management and professional development to better assist schools and students impacted by the Program for Students with Disabilities. (at peak times 97 psychologists and speech therapists provided services to this project)
