In addition, the performed activities saved $500,000 US from the initiative’s budget.
• Created end-to-end “Pension Administration” for TD US to serve all the retired employees. Also this project included collecting requirement, designs, liaised between the IT department and business, oversee the development, and led the user acceptance test. In addition, this project ended ahead of time and under budget.
• Planed and designed several work processes which improved the overall work cycle. • Performed Vendor negotiation, vendor selection, as well as, conflict management and mitigation. • Performed work under minimum supervision in a virtual environment. • Identified the business needs for new and enhanced products, services, business processes, and clarified genuine technology requirements that aimed to address business problems and concerns through utilization of alternative solutions, providing enhanced consultation for business partners.
• Performed Requirements Engineering that includes preparation, elicitation, documentation, validation, and communication of business and technical requirements throw a walkthrough sessions, which achieved stakeholders’ goals.
• Liaised between business, and technology partners to provide the most suitable and ultimate solution that fulfilled the business needs.
• Provided consultation and advice to business partners on the applicability and usability of alternative technology, which addressed stockholders needs and requirements.
• Performed Ethical Hacking scan to identify security holes in the produced systems to fix them and mitigate hacking risks.
• Technology used include Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
