• Re-launched LordandTaylor.com and Thebay.com digital experiences within the first 180 days on the job, while maintaining existing experiences of a combined $500 million business. • Identified, recruited and led team of 20+ creatives including art directors, designers, and photo producers both in-person and remotely. Worked in close collaboration with product design teams to strengthen mobile and web experiences through creative storytelling, visual systems and modern UX.
• Doubled year-over-year customer engagement, for major omni-channel events including, Black Friday, Friends & Family, Boxing Days and various seasonal marketing campaigns. • Established cross-functional creative optimization plans to incrementally improve CTR on a quarterly basis. • Consolidated and optimized production time lines by finding efficiencies in creative work flows, review processes and asset hand-off to production.
