Jun. 2020 - Oct. 2021• Create learning and development department from scratch including LMS selection, change management process and learning development program creation.
• Connect existing performance management system to company culture and development opportunities, including leadership development model creation. • Spearhead the creation of a women’s network to grow the inclusivity of the culture, including round table discussions, external resources, and networking amongst the underrepresented population in construction
• Use Articulate 360, Cornerstone LMS, zoom, GoToMeetings and content providers to update modes of training from 100% in person training to basic eLearning and webinars.
• Creation of resource center for process related guides and policies while facilitating the creation of company wide ways of working that boost culture and efficiency norms. • Help facilitate change and process management of consistency in processes through adult learning theory methodology and project management skill base.
