I defined the long-term design vision, standards, guidelines, best practices, and processes. Researched, Designed, Business, and Strategically lead the creation of Sony Music's cutting-edge A&R application which is currently being adopted by all labels worldwide. Organized, hired, and trained the UX/Product research and Go-To-Market team using a customized process that allowed Sony Music to define and create, and launch products significantly more effectively than ever before. Created a VR/AR-friendly original design system that was built specifically to handle all current 2D desktop products, as well as 3D products moving forward. Work with legacy artists to create original VR experiences with plans to release these experiences as destination events worldwide. Worked directly with front-line labels to help identify the needs of the labels and their artist management teams in order to help guide the next generation of products. After learning of a marketing product that had been poorly researched and poorly constructed, I was able to work with technical and product teams to help break down the product into a core need, and then help guide that product to gain user adoption worldwide. World closely with the C-Suite to help define and document the new technology team within the Sony Music brand, as well as establish research, design, and go-to-market expectations and procedures.
