Content management - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
Cultivation and management of brand ambassadors, social influencers, sponsorships, etc.
Regular communication/engagement with followers, brand ambassadors, influencers, etc.
Monitor, listen and respond to followers and influencers by becoming an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
Managements of product send outs to current and future brand ambassadors or influencers.
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
Manage promotion strategies (ie Boosted posts, Facebook Lead Campaigns, Ads, etc.).
Monitor weekly and/or monthly report results on social media activity using social analytic tools.
Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
