Plan and deliver coursework to hundreds of undergraduate students in service of the Department of Sociology & Criminology, in topic areas such as The Sociology of Families, Law & Lawyers, Cannabis Prohibition & Legalization, and Drug Laws & Policy. 2.) Advise 40 students per semester on course selection & career development. 3.) Develop the institution’s first Cannabis Studies Certificate, including the preparation, marketing, and facilitation of a launch party event in March 2022 attended by 165 people. 4.) Advance DEI efforts through leadership and participation in numerous campus-level initiatives focused on the successful recruitment and retention of students and staff from underserved populations.
