During my journey as an entrepreneur, I had the opportunity to: > User Support: Assist in technical support for users, providing basic assistance in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as in the use of Office suite applications. > Desktop Maintenance: Provide support in the basic maintenance of desktop hardware, under supervision, ensuring its proper functioning. > Learning Tools and Technologies: Receive training and guidance to learn how to use common IT tools, such as OCSInventory and GLPI, for inventory and ticket management. > Introduction to Development: Have the opportunity to be introduced to the development of simple applications, using languages such as Python, Java or C#, as part of the learning program. > Support in Administrative Tasks: Help with administrative tasks related to the information technology area, such as updating asset inventory and recording support tickets. > Monitoring and Guidance: Receive close monitoring from more experienced professionals, who will guide and assist in the development of the necessary technical skills. > Compliance with Standards and Procedures: Follow the standards and procedures established by the company in relation to information security and good IT practices. > Personal and Professional Development: Actively participate in personal and professional development programs offered by the company, aiming at individual growth and contribution to the work environment.
