• Manage CEO’s complex calendar, schedule & coordinate meetings internally and externally.
• Arrange travel by developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportation, lodging and meeting accommodations.
• Manage flight log and time-split for tax purposes
• Completing expense reports via NetSuite
• Answer questions and requests directed to the CEO.
• General correspondence including typing memos, sending emails, screening calls, setting appointments.
• Maintain extensive filing system of records, bills and other documents.
• Manage the upkeep and maintenance of CEO’s homes, cars, and properties.
• Operate office equipment such as computer, printers, scanners, label maker, etc.
• Stock facilities with office supplies, food, drinks, maintenance supplies.
• Run personal and professional errands.
• Work alongside Management Team to ensure maximum productivity and the productivity of others.
• Keep all contact records up to date.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Communicate and coordinate with family members.
• Handle all aspects of content production and delivery, both audio and video, requested or required from CEO.
