Aug. 1999 - Dec. 2012I wrote a wide variety of company material for both internal and external use. As a brand champion I needed to understand how iRobot was perceived and work with my readers to move that perception in the directions we wanted. As the Internal Communications Coordinator I was responsible for all internal communications, including newsletters, the intranet, broadcast emails and more. My work had a direct impact on company morale and function. I designed and presented weekly new hire orientations, conducted tours of the company and was responsible for other internal training as needed. I conducted oral histories to document and improve product development, designed the company museum, wrote numerous items documenting iRobot innovation and history.
