As the VP of Field Operations, I developed lead a team of 7 Market Managers who lead 6-8 restaurants, focusing on operational excellence, leadership development and the guests experience. While leading the Culinary Team, I was responsible for all recipes, procedures and specs, new menu initiatives and all product testing and implementation.
