UbisoftUX Team Lead - Rainbow Six Siege
May. 2018 - Jun. 2019Barcelona Area, SpainI was working with Ubisoft on the Rainbow Six Seige project for more than 1 year. During this period I had the following responsibilities: - As a Lead UX I was managing crew consists of 2 UX Designers and 1 UI Artist, I also helped consult designers from another project inside the studio.
- I created a co-development process with headquarters in Montreal: Finding points of contact, planning, present the crew vision, compiling roadmaps, compiling reports on the work done, pushing initiatives from BCN side because we were depending on stakeholders in Montreal.
- Did work with team members on goal setting and professional upgrade.
- Close work with the management department to define goals for the studio to get independence from MTL office.
- Conceptual design and alignment of concepts with stakeholders in MTL.
- Collaboration with developers at all stages of work on a new functionality: identification of technical limitations, discussion of ways to optimize the final solution from a technical point of view, writing technical documentation for development, assistance in implementation, consultations and author control after completion.
- Close work with UX Laboratory and researches in MTL to define goals of future tests and analyzing results.
