Aug. 2009 - Nov. 2013ColombiaLead and ensure the efficient development of customer service management in sales made abroad through maintenance and monitoring, providing advice and identifying their needs and expectations, offering them effective solutions in 65 countries, the main ones being: Angola, Zambia, Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria, India, Palestine, Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Mozambique, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Chile, Haiti, Panama, among others. Likewise, respond for compliance with the sales budget, collections and portfolio of 1500 Ton/month for foreign clients. Manage, execute and monitor new requests in relation to the development of new products, adaptations of legal texts in packaging materials and/or line extensions in the portfolio of international clients. Achievements: • I structured and consolidated the International Customer Service area through the redistribution of functions, forming a multifunctional area, allowing the company to meet the needs of customers with greater effectiveness and timely attention, achieving project development in the established times. • Negotiated ocean freight for the years 2011 and 2012 generating savings of USD$38,000 and USD$45,000 respectively for CFR (Cost and Freight) and CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) negotiations sailing from Buenaventura. • I designed and implemented the Customer Service Survey applied in the Company, obtaining a result of 82% in 2012 vs. 74% the previous year. • I implemented 5 management indicators for the Customer Service area including fulfillment of orders, handling of complaints and claims, execution and launch of new products in international markets, among others that allowed the area to have a better order in the information to through objective measurement.
