Achievements: • I structured and consolidated the International Customer Service area through the redistribution of functions, forming a multifunctional area, allowing the company to meet the needs of customers with greater effectiveness and timely attention, achieving project development in the established times. • Negotiated ocean freight for the years 2011 and 2012 generating savings of USD$38,000 and USD$45,000 respectively for CFR (Cost and Freight) and CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) negotiations sailing from Buenaventura. • I designed and implemented the Customer Service Survey applied in the Company, obtaining a result of 82% in 2012 vs. 74% the previous year. • I implemented 5 management indicators for the Customer Service area including fulfillment of orders, handling of complaints and claims, execution and launch of new products in international markets, among others that allowed the area to have a better order in the information to through objective measurement.

Achievements: • I implemented the dispatch optimization strategy for 20-foot containers to the port of Cartagena, obtaining savings of USD$44,000 in 2008. • I analyzed and consolidated the financial reports of the closing of the month, going from 6 to 2, including the information that was reported to the Headquarters, obtaining recognition from the Corporate General Management. • Evacuated finished product from different countries at the end of 2007, achieving a working capital reduction of USD$21,000. • Due to the high volume of imports of raw materials, I was able to develop the maritime consolidation project from the United States and Mexico by negotiating with the shippers, the customs agent and obtaining annual savings of USD$1,604mm. • Developed and negotiated the maritime transport tender for import and export freight obtaining savings of USD200mm. • Negotiated land freight by joining import and export operations, obtaining savings of USD265m per year.
