- Account Management with responsibility for clients in Africa (Angola and Morocco), Middle East (Kuwait, Lebanon and Iran) and Asia (India, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore)
- Full accountability for Portuguese market, working directly with retailers such as Auchan, El Corte Ingles, Worten and smaller dealers.
- Define marketing strategies for new and existing clients in order to increase market share, specifically the development of new content of communication materials and the training of staff.
- Negotiation with B and C-level stakeholders of contractual terms - Participate in events and international fairs promoting Airfree products to potential customers
- Sales Analysis and forecast by cluster, in a monthly basis
- Competitor analysis and industry benchmark
- integrate the data into Salesforce CRM and working in projects with Wrike
- Working with other integrations such as Zendesk
