Lead the implementation of our new social media monitoring platform, including defining processes and reporting, CRM integration and campaign structure; monitor, provide guidance and engage in brand-related online conversations and ensure effective curating, coordination and execution of all content (owned, earned, paid); closely collaborate with customer service to ensure social care customer inquiries are addressed quickly and effectively; build a strong, engaging, and brand-appropriate voice in social channels in alignment with marketing priorities and online strategy; report on social media results, insights and meaningful metrics via program analysis tracking and benchmarking applications.Manage all applicable social media vendors and platforms to ensure our presence is consistent throughout all social media channels; manage social brand advocacy and engagement programs to continue to generate positive brand experience; lead development and execution of standards, processes, and measurement plans for social media including identifying new tools, practices, technology trends.Act as the social media advocate providing subject matter expertise and training throughout the organization. Also, in collaboration with demand generation, web/digital, brand, and PR teams, strategically leverage social media channels as a key element of integrated marketing programs.
