- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities, while guiding the product direction.
- Prioritize product features and functionalities based on business goals, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Designer: Work closely with the designer to align product functionality with user experience (UX) and visual design. Ensure that the UI/UX meets customer expectations and enhances usability.
- Front-End Team: Coordinate with the front-end team to implement the design and ensure that the user interface functions smoothly. Provide feedback on user experience during testing.
- Mobile Team: Collaborate with the mobile team to ensure that mobile experiences are optimized and consistent with the product’s goals. - Back-End Team: Define requirements for the back-end systems that power the product, ensuring the infrastructure can support new features. - Machine Learning Team: Define and prioritize features that rely on machine learning, working with the team to integrate models effectively into the product.
- Ensure seamless communication between teams to avoid silos. Facilitate cross-team standups and sprint meetings, ensuring that dependencies between the back-end, front-end, mobile, and machine learning teams are well understood and tracked.
- Break down complex product features into smaller deliverables, allocating tasks to the appropriate teams. Maintain a focus on efficiency and inter-team collaboration.
- Own the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Create detailed product roadmaps and ensure that all teams are working toward milestones.
- Manage the sprint planning, prioritizing tasks based on impact, resources, and technical feasibility. Be the primary decision-maker for what features are developed and when they are released.
