Brands I added to the partnerships: Adidas, Calahua, Food News is Good News, Clymb, Bikla, Wynwood, IPSY, and more. - Effective Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate partnership deals, including terms, mutual benefits, and responsibilities to ensure a win-win for all parties involved.
- Partnership Strategy Planning and Execution: Develop partnership campaigns, guiding them from the creative ideation phase to hands-on execution by creating clear roadmaps with specific objectives, actionable milestones, and KPIs for successful implementation.

- End-to-End Partnership Management: Assume full-spectrum responsibility for overseeing partnerships, including the coordination of marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and collaborative events. Collaborate closely with other departments such as social media, design, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Budget Management: Manage the allocated budget for partnership campaigns to optimize its efficient utilization. A significant solution implemented was the consistent rebudgeting I navigated throughout the process; I honed my ability to innovate and solve challenges with available resources.
- KPI Definition and Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and assure the success of partnerships. Continuously monitor and track these KPIs to accomplish the primary goals of each partnership, including social media metrics.
