It was two camps per year, for about 200 people, one in the summer and one in the winter. I was responsible for everything. Since its planning, organizing, making numerous lists about what we had to do, what we had done, what we needed to buy who would be responsible for what and so on. I was the responsible for the planning, the execution and the finale. The cleaning, the thanking every single person that helped that camp come true, make a last meeting asking for their feedback so that we could get better, so that I could revise my mistakes, make sure the next camp would be better, more organized, more practical, less exhausting for everyone
