Managed the daily operations and activities of Multiple System Operators (MSO’s) regionally and nationally in the Southeast and Midwest comprised of 32 markets, 7,000,000+ cable customers, and 1, 500,000+ subscribers. Led all aspects of P&L, new business development, sales and marketing strategy, regional and national budget management, and the interviewing, hiring, training and performance of 14 sales and account management staff.
• Oversaw $115M+ in annual revenue for Time Warner Cable, Comcast and Bright House Networks.
• Delivered feedback to sales team on progress, milestones, new ideas and roadblocks to achieve multimillion-dollar sales goals; consistently exceeded annual sales targets.
• Managed the building/revision of acquisition, upgrade and retention programs through direct mail, media, telemarketing, point-of-sale incentives, online, promotional and transactional offer strategies.
• Managed/monitored $2M+ in advertising and B2B marketing budgets across traditional and new media outlets; designed and implemented sales, marketing and advertising initiatives across diverse platforms.
• Consistently met and exceeded yearly subscriber budget from 2001 through 2008.
• Spearheaded the initiative to bundle HBO and Cinemax, which substantially grew premium subscriber base and brand presence with regional cable partners.
• Partnered with corporate strategic planning and analysis team; evaluated of pricing, offers, transactional performance, and campaign effectiveness for all markets.
