Jan. 2021Bucharest, Romania• Implement and rigorous follow the Human Resources best practices in term of people retention, performance assessment, motivation and talent development • Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly individual discussions with team members (80+ team members under my supervision)
• Accurately and timely report and update information on salaries, leaves, incentives and any other information related to Human Resources practices, such as also employees’ health and safety measures at work
• Organize motivational programs for team members (ex. Ongoing Upskilling Academy ( 35 vintage team members enrolled) - created and designed to bring visibility and help with growth in the attendees career)
• Onboarding of over 400 employees in the past 12 months rolling
• Attrition rate for 2023 - Europe level at 21% • Participate in different projects and initiatives within Genpact -> Hiring Project for new transition with over 600 FTEs (ongoing); over 700 new roles opened for different language &professional skillset; sourcing of profiles over different platforms to match the internal requirements • Ensure regular updating of dashboards on team related topics -> Prepare people related information and numbers for different floor or virtual client visits ( year to date attrition rate, causes of attrition, internal tool engagement score..)
• Handle conflicts, holiday planning within the allocated teams,
• Ensure support in implementing different programs and initiatives related to employment, wellbeing, retention or exit of persons from the team
