Jan. 2022Charlotte, North Carolina, United StatesHelps coordinate internal and external team’s efforts toward completion of projects; Ensures adherence to standard operating procedures that ensure best practices for achieving support objectives including initial testing, deployment planning and final testing.
Assists in release management and project activities, testing and result documentation, ensuring changes, modifications, and new enhancements are well tested and delivering expected results. Works with Tier 2 support and development team on basic troubleshooting & new requirements impacting interfaces.
Provisions approved account changes, maintains security documentation that ensures enforcement and support of SOX compliance for audit times.
Continually assimilates updates and changes into training and support functions.
Partners with internal end users to troubleshoot and report these system issues. Engages with other technical resources (engineering/development/HRMS/Operations) to assist in determining and delivering solutions when required.
Responds to issues when reported from routine health checks that ensures optimal performance of platforms and interfaces.
Implements controls and audits to maintain integrity of data sets across all the HCM Platforms.
Assists in updates to basic ‘how-to’ entry level training materials and workflow documentation.
