• Install, configure, maintain, and solve errors for content management systems, including WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
• Review exim email logs, determine why an error is happening, and help to solve it.
• Troubleshoot why a website is slow or not loading (Performance, Apache errors)
• Handle migrations from external providers to our servers and ensure the migrations are completed successfully with no errors or issues.
• Work with cPanel/WHM scripts to tweak settings or fix accounts.
• SSH and Linux command-line tasks.
• Interpret web logs, troubleshoot DNS, or update DNS records.
• Check Mod_Security logs, PHP applications, CSF, CloudLinux, and related web hosting support issues.
