After 15 years of experience in finance within the corporate and banking sectors, a career shift in 2019 was my first step in the new journey towards my true calling as a certified Executive Leadership Coach and International Trainer, which is helping individuals find their true identity and lead a meaningful, balanced life by reaching their full potential. I work on fostering Mindfulness and a Healthy Mindset, the ultimate goal being to improve wellbeing among individuals and teams, through cultivating self-awareness, enhancing emotional intelligence, and improving interpersonal relationships by building resilience against stress, fostering a positive environment, and moving beyond basic wellness to create sustainable flourishing and better work-life balance, often focusing on self-care, stress management, and supporting others. Owing to my experience, I bring along a broad skillset that would help me effectively contribute to the organization, including: advanced communication and people management skills, persuasiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems, in addition to fueling others with optimism and enthusiasm.
